Simply Mochi was at the Metal Arts Guild (724 Valencia St) on 11-11-11 celebrating their 60 year anniversary with an exhibition, live music,DJ, and food! We served a variety of dessert mochi flavors along with our savory mu shu mochi.

Simply Mochi was a part of Behind the Cart, a pop-up event created by Michael Davidson, otherwise know as GrilledCheezGuy. Simply Mochi along with 8 other mobile food vendors served up their specialties at the Firehouse Art Collective for brunch on Sunday, September 18th.
We served up our Bacon Wrapped Mochi for about 60 attendees and had a blast educating everyone on this unique sweet and savory bite!
This BINGO brunch was definitely one of its kind. Every attendee gets a BINGO card with a vendor name in each square. As vendor names are being called, they are also being marked off on each card. This not only regulated lines and people but gave everyone a chance to enjoy some conversation with the individual vendors. Great concept! And of course, the first to mark off all vendors on their cards wins a Bacon Hot Sauce!
After all the eating, all vendors had a chance to speak about their adventures in their mobile food business and attendees got a chance to ask questions.
What a wonderful way to start off a beautiful sunday morning!

Simply Mochi makes its first appearance at the 21st Annual Autumn Moon Festival in San Francisco Chinatown on September 10th & 11th. The Moon Festival marks a time to reflect upon the bounty of the summer harvest, the fullness of the moon, and the myth of the Moon Goddess in the Chinese and Vietnamese culture.
It was a great event with many people from near and far attending. Festivities ranged from live entertainment to pedestrian bazaars to food vendors.
Simply Mochi had a successful event selling a variety of flavors ranging from strawberry cheesecake to salted caramel outside of Canton Bazaar. We look forward to being at the next annual event!

Simply Mochi headed to Motif Lounge in San Jose on August 12th. We were at the debut of www.food-social.org selling and promoting our little bites of happiness. We had a variety of flavors and also brought out our newest flavor for the first time, Salted Caramel!
Thanks to the organizers at Food Social for making this all happen. Awesome venue, folks, and vendors!! The South Bay was all about having fun! Hope to see ya all again soon!
Simply Mochi takes its mochi over to a YPN (Young Professional Networking) Event on July 28th over at the Infinity Building at 401 Main St. We were able to showcase 6 different flavors with Nutella and Strawberry Cheesecake being the winning flavors for the night. We served alongside with the other food vendors (Vickles Pickles, Frozen Kuhsterd, and Nana Joes Granola). We had an awesome time meeting everyone and being a part of YPN! We look forward to the next event!
